1. Wide range of fittings to suit most telehandlers

The first, and most important feature of your telehandler bucket is ensuring the fitment is correct for your machine. Rhinox offer an extensive range of fitments manufactured to suit the most common makes and models of telehandlers, including JCB, Manitou, Merlo, Bobcat and CAT. This wide range of fittings provide you with the flexibility to seamlessly integrate your telehandler bucket with your specific telehandler, to enhance your efficiency and productivity on site.

To show our dedication to providing the best quality product, we also offer a Machine Fitment Guarantee with every order. This means if you order the correct fitment for your machine but for some reason it doesn't fit, you can return the product to us for a full refund. Terms and conditions apply. This machine fitment guarantee allows you to focus on your tasks with confidence, knowing that Rhinox products are tailored to fit every time.

2. Long lasting with unmatched wear protection

Whether handling materials on construction sites, agricultural landscapes, or industrial environments like recycling plants, Rhinox telehandler buckets set a high standard for reliability. The various points of additional wear protection maximise the bucket's strength and durability for a dependable performance. In addition to the 8mm shell thickness, the Rhinox telehandler bucket also includes wear straps of 12mm and heel blocks of 18mm on the underneath of the bucket. When scraping along the floor the underside of your bucket will rub against harsh materials and which will inevitable start to wear away. These additional layers of steel are designed to take the brunt of the wear and are the first port of call to protect the underside from wearing quickly. To go alongside this, the 5mm Rhinox badge on the side of the bucket acts as a wear plate to protect the bottom edge of the side plates as these areas will also experience wear when scooping materials.

Alongside the additional wear protection to prolong the life of your bucket, the internal blade gussets play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall strength and durability of your bucket. These gussets firmly secure the lip plate, side plate and bucket shell to create a reinforced structure. By locking these elements together, the blade gusset distributes the load evenly, reducing the risk of fatigue, structural weaknesses or weld failure. This innovative design isn't a feature that you'll frequently see across the industry which makes the Rhinox telehandler bucket stand out from competitors. To provide you with even more confidence and to show that we stand by our product quality, we also offer a Lifetime Guarantee on all Welds. This means that if your bucket welds fail due to poor quality workmanship, we will work with you to repair or replace your product. Terms and Conditions apply.

3. Drilled lip plates and bolt-on blades

To further protect and prolong the life of your telehandler bucket, Rhinox drill the lip plate as standard and always recommend that you fit a bolt-on blade to your bucket. Bolt-on blades are fitted to the underside of the lip plate to provide reinforced strength to the bucket's leading edge while also minimising the wear caused by abrasive materials. It's inevitably that your bucket edge will wear over time which is why we also strongly recommend fitting a blade.

Most bolt-on blades are reversible, so when one side wears back you can quickly and easily remove and reverse the blade. Not only will a blade protect the edge, but it'll ensure the bucket edge remains flat to create a flat surface when levelling out material. By utilising the bolt holes to fit a blade, your Rhinox telehandler buckets will withstand greater stress and reduce overall maintenance costs, ultimately maximising productivity and contributing to a longer operational life for your bucket.

4. Level plates to improve visibility

The level plates fitted to the back of Rhinox telehandler buckets play a crucial role in enhancing your visibility, making it significantly easier to determine when the bucket is level with the ground from inside the cab. As the telehandler manoeuvres to lift or lower materials, you can simply glance at the level plates to ensure the bucket is level to avoid spillage. This allows for immediate adjustments, enhancing both efficiency and safety during material handling.

By providing a straightforward and reliable means of gauging the bucket's orientation, the level plates on the back of the Rhinox telehandler bucket contribute to streamlined operations and reduced margin for error, ultimately enhancing the overall performance and productivity of our telehandler. The level plates are another feature that you will rarely observe in the market, making the Rhinox telehandler bucket stand out from the rest.

5. Choose your colour and personalise with Fleet ID

Painting your telehandler buckets a distinct colour and attaching a fleet ID improves your operational efficiency and streamlines your organisational processes. The use of a unique paint colour allows for easy visual identification of each bucket within your fleet, streamlining your equipment allocation and usage tracking. Assigning a specific number or colour to each of your telehandler buckets allows you to quickly and easily identify which bucket belongs to which machine.

You could also use the fleet ID to label your entire fleet so you know which buckets belong to you or your company when on a site with multiple machines. There's an array of scenarios you can use colour coding and fleet numbering. You can check out more about these services here. In essence, the combination of colour-coding and fleet IDs sets a new standard of efficiency and effectiveness in your telehandler bucket management, significantly enhancing your overall productivity.

In summary, the Rhinox telehandler bucket offers an array of features that make it the ultimate choice for those seeking top-tier performance. With its diverse fittings, unmatched wear protection, user-friendly customisable options and safety-enhancing elements like the level plates, it exceeds expectations in every way. Investing in the Rhinox Telehandler Bucket is a step towards optimising your efficiency, safety, and the longevity of your buckets.
