1. Lifetime Weld Guarantee
At Rhinox, our main goal and commitment to you is providing the best quality excavator and telehandler buckets and attachments. We stand by the quality of every attachment that we make, which is why we are confident to cover each item with a lifetime guarantee on all the welds. If a weld fails due to poor quality manufacturing, we will work with you to rectify the issue as quickly as possible so you can get back to work as soon as possible. We offer three options. We will either:
It’s important to note that this warranty policy does not cover instances of improper or extreme misuse. This includes using a grading bucket to drive in fence posts or using a digging bucket to remove concrete slabs. In cases where the product has been used outside of its intended purpose, the warranty may be deemed void.
2. Machine Fitment Guarantee
Misalignment issues can lead to serious consequences, including safety risks, accelerated wear on both the attachment and the machine, or the attachment being completely incompatible. This uncertainty often leaves customers worried about whether the products they are purchasing will fit. The Rhinox Machine Fitment Guarantee aims to provide you with peace of mind that the bucket or attachment that you're purchasing will fit seamless to your machine. ✕ Guarantee doesn't apply if purchase the incorrect attachment
Example: If you purchase a Bobcat E10 bucket for a Takeuchi TB016, the guarantee will not apply, as the bucket was never intended to fit that machine. In this circumstance, the issue lies not with the product itself, but with the incorrect selection of an attachment for your machine. The cost of returning the incorrect item falls on the customer. |
3. Rhinox Quick Hitch Warranty
Rhinox offers two types of excavator quick hitches: the manual spring-type quick hitch for 0.75 to 4 ton mini diggers, and the hydraulic quick coupler for 1.5 to 9 ton excavators. While the warranty policies for these two quick hitches vary slightly, both guarantee that any faulty quick hitch caused by defective materials or workmanship will be repaired or replaced. We take every quick hitch warranty issue on a case-by-case basis due to the complexity of the potential issues. Sometimes further inspection and analysis of the issue may be needed by one of our technical engineers to ensure no abuse, mistreatment or lack of maintenance has occurred, leading to the fault or hitch failure.

12 Months Warranty
Main hitch body and internal components are covered for up to 12 months from the date of sale. This includes material defects, manufacturing issues, and design flaws. Any hitch or internal component deemed defective will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost to the customer, if raised within the warranty period. 24 Months Warranty
Main coupler body is covered for up to 24 months or 4000 hours, whichever occurs first. This includes material defects, manufacturing issues, and design flaws. Internal and external components are covered for up to 12 months or 2000 hours, whichever occurs first.
