When is the Rhinox Hydraulic Quick Coupler Covered by Warranty?
The Rhinox hydraulic quick coupler is backed by an extensive 2-year warranty that covers all registered couplers. In the unlikely event of a defect or malfunction to occur during the warranty period, Rhinox will repair or replace the coupler or component parts free of charge, subject to verification of the faults prior.
- Main coupler body is covered for up to 24 months or 4000 hours, whichever occurs first. This includes material defects, manufacturing issues, and design flaws.
- Internal and external components are covered for up to 12 months or 2000 hours, whichever occurs first. This includes, but isn't limited to, the hydraulic cylinder, pressure switch, solenoid valve, rocker switch and hydraulic hoses.
When isn't the Rhinox Hydraulic Quick Coupler Covered by Warranty?
While Rhinox's hydraulic coupler warranty provides comprehensive coverage, it's essential to note areas where the warranty does not apply. Some examples include:
- Normal wear and tear
- Failure to adhere to recommended maintenance and operating instructions outlined in the user manual provided
- Damage caused by not clearing trapped materials daily
- Any modifications made to the coupler which has not been carried out by Rhinox

How To: Register Your Rhinox Hydraulic Quick Coupler
To ensure your hydraulic quick coupler is covered, you must register your coupler for 2-years warranty within 7 days of receiving and prior to use. Failure to do so may result in the warranty being void. Registration is a simple process that can be completed online via our HQX warranty form. All customers need to fill in the required fields, ensuring accurate information is provided to prevent any discrepancies. If you have purchased your Rhinox hydraulic coupler from a dealer, do not assume this has been registered for you.
Warranty Claim Procedure & Further Assistance
Rhinox must be notified of any warranty issues by email to sales@rhinox-group.com. The warranty claim must include information such as the date of purchase, serial number and details of the problem experienced. Rhinox shall not be obligated to service or supply parts for any coupler after 6 years from the date of purchase.
