Shipments within the UK are usually despatched on a Next Day service as standard, so should be delivered 1 working day after despatch.
If you pay for a premium service at Checkout, we will upgrade the shipment to the service level paid for.
All shipments are undertaken by reputable UK carrier systems, but on rare occasions due to unforseen circumstances there can be delays in the delivery time. Rhinox Group will work with you in any situation where this arises, to resolve it to the best of our capabilities.
Shipments outside the UK are despatched using reputable logistic partners. Approx lead times are given at point of checkout, but due to longer distances, and customs controls etc these times can be subject to change.
