Rhinox Pallet Forks are fitted with floating forks that pivot around a single mounting point on the carriage. This allows the forks to move with gravity, making them easier to position under pallets and loads.
The fork can be manually adjusted by sliding them left or right along the pivot rod. This makes it easy to set the ideal spacing for different pallet sizes and lifting tasks.
Rhinox Pallet Fork tines are made from solid steel and are heat-treated to a hardness of HB400 for superior strength and wear resistance.
A heavy-duty crash plate and bar strengthens and protects the lower section of the carriage from impact as the fork tines move during operation.
The carriage features a centre brace bar that supports the tine bar at its natural bowing point, helping to prevent buckling under heavy loads - a common issue with other pallet forks.
Made from strong structural steel, Rhinox Pallet Forks are built to withstand the demands of everyday use. High-impact areas are reinforced with additional steel supports for strength.
The built-in stand prevents your Rhinox Pallet Forks from tipping backwards when detached from your excavator. This keeps the attachment stable and upright, making reattachment quicker and easier.
Every set of pallet forks purchased from Rhinox comes with a 6 month LOLER Certificate and a Certificate of Conformity, both valid from the date of dispatch.
Rhinox Pallet Forks are available with multi-pin or dedicated hanger systems to best suit your excavator. Use one bucket across multiple excavators with our multi-pin design, or choose a dedicated fitment for tiltrotator couplers.

Contact UsExcavator pallet forks are an attachment designed to help operators lift, move and position palletised materials using an excavator. They are commonly used in construction and material handling applications for transporting bricks and roof tiles. Beyond the standard pallet handling, excavator pallet forks can also be used to position blocks and beams in new build housing projects, move stillages of materials or site skips, and even collect, relocate and transport site fencing, as well as unload deliveries from trucks and lorries.
Yes, a mini digger or excavator fitted with the correct pallet fork attachment can safely lift and move pallets when operated within the machine’s recommended lifting capacity (Working Load Limit) and safety guidelines. Excavator pallet forks are designed to provide a secure connection between the excavator and the load, allowing operators to handle palletised materials with great control, without the requirement of a telehandler or forklift. Before lifting, it is important to check the excavator’s Working Load Limits (W.L.L), ensure the pallet forks are suitable for the machine, position the load correctly, and follow safe operating practices to maintain stability and prevent accidents.
Excavator pallet forks provide a flexible and cost-effective alternative to using a dedicated forklift, particularly on construction sites, farms and outdoor projects where space, ground conditions or access can be challenging. Using pallet forks on a mini digger or excavator allows one machine to perform multiple tasks, reducing the need for additional equipment and improving job site efficiency. Excavators can also reach uneven or restricted areas where forklifts may struggle, making pallet fork attachments a practical option for handling materials in demanding environments.
Yes, pallet fork attachments are available for mini excavators and are usually designed to suit the smaller size and lifting capacities of compact machines. Mini excavator pallet forks are ideal for small construction projects and agricultural applications where transporting materials in tight spaces is required. It's important to choose pallet forks that are suitable for your mini digger, as both the attachment weight and Working Load Limit (WLL) must be matched to your excavator's capabilities. If you're unsure which model is right for your machine, contact the manufacturer for advice before purchasing.
