Rhinox S60 Pallet Forks - Key Features & Benefits

Rhinox S60 Pallet Forks

S60 Pick Up -

The Rhinox S60 Pallet Forks are manufactured with the standard pick up for the S60 Hydraulic Tilt Rotating Hitch - 2x S60 weld in pins set at 480.5mm apart. The S60 Pallet Forks fitted to your Tilt Rotating Hitch means you can quickly and easily switch between buckets and attachments when necessary on site. Having a set of excavator Pallet Forks means you can save money. Not only does it mean you don't have to continually hire an extra machine, like a telehandler, to move bulk material likes pallets of bricks, but it also means that you don't have to pay to have another operator on site, when you would already have an excavator and operator on site that could do the same job. Surely you'd rather pay a one off payment for a set of Pallet Forks, rather than the continual cost of hiring?

Floating Forks -

As all our Pallet Forks are, the Rhinox S60 Pallet Forks are manufacturer with floating forks. Floating forks are attached to the carriage in one place so that they can freely move as you position your forks under a load. You're much less likely to stab the surface underneath your load when positioning your forks as they work with gravity to keep the forks as level as possible. This also helps with loading and underloading in awkward positions, where your excavator arm has minimal space to manoeuvre. Learn more about fixed vs floating forks.

Working Load Limit & LOLER Certificate -

Before using Pallet Forks make sure you're aware of the Working Load Limit to make sure that you're not over stressing your machine and the attachment. Rhinox S60 Pallet Forks weigh 363 kg and have a Working Load Limit of 2,500 kg. All excavator Pallet Fork attachments must have a LOLER certificate (Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations) by law. This ensures that your equipment is safe to use and unlikely to fail during the period the certificate is valid. All Rhinox Pallet Forks come with a 6 month LOLER certificate which is active from point of dispatch from us.

BE AWARE - If you're purchasing a set of Excavator Pallet Forks from a reseller or store, your Pallet Forks will likely have been sat for a while since dispatch from the original supplier, so the LOLER certificate for your attachment may be expired or close to expiry. Make sure to discuss this with the seller before use.
