Main Features of the Rhinox 5 - 9 Ton Pallet Forks:

Rhinox Excavator Pallet Forks

Multi-pin Pick up -

The 5 - 9 Ton Pallet Forks come with 45, 50 & 60 mm pins as standard. They also come with an additional 45 mm pin and pin hole, that the original 7 - 9 Ton Pallet Forks did not have. This will allow you to set up your 45 mm pins to pick up 5 Ton excavators and 3CX Hitches. The various pin set ups allow this one attachment to be used on a range of different machine sizes, helping to keep attachment costs down and versatility and efficiency high across the construction and plant hire sectors.

Floating Forks -

All Rhinox Excavator Pallet Forks are manufactured with Floating Forks. Floating Forks mean the forks are attached to the carriage at one point. They are fixed to the top of the frame via a bar, which allows them to rotate around an axle. Floating forks have the ability to move freely around this bar which means when you tilt the attachment forward, the forks will pivot - always remaining level with the ground. Rhinox Pallet Forks Certification - LOLER & Certificate of Conformity

Working Load Limit & LOLER Certificate -

When using Excavator Pallet Fork Attachments you must always be aware of the maximum weight your attachment and machine is able to safely lift and work within this parameter. The Rhinox 5 - 9 Ton Pallet Fork Attachment weighs 363 kg and has a Working Load Limit of 1,250 kg. All lifting equipment must have a valid LOLER certificate (Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations) by law. We provide a Certificate of Conformity from the date your product is dispatched - your LOLER Certificate is built into this and means you have a 6 month LOLER Certificate from the date your order is dispatched from us. After these 6 months you will have to have your Pallet Forks retested to be classified as safe to use again.

BE AWARE - If you are purchasing a set of Excavator Pallet Forks from a reseller or store, your Pallet Forks may have been sat for a while since the dispatch from the original supplier. So, you may need to get your attachment LOLER tested sooner than 6 months. This is something you will need to discuss with the place of purchase.
