Rhinox Digger Attachments - Tine Spacings
The spaces between tines on Digger / Excavator Attachments like Land Rakes or Riddle Buckets, can vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. This is a question we regularly get asked from customers as the tine spacings will determine how thoroughly your attachment will filter and sort materials.
Rhinox manufacture 3 similar attachments, with varying tine widths, the Land Rake, Riddle Bucket and Rake Riddle Bucket - so this post will summarise the attachments, the tine widths and best uses.

Land Rake
A Land Rake acts similarly to your standard garden rake, or a comb. It rakes over the surface of the ground, bringing sorted materials into a pile. It is best used to clear the ground of shrubs, brambles, debris or similar, before landscaping or building.

Riddle Buckets
A Riddle Bucket is an attachment, similar in shape to a Digging Bucket, with a slotted back. They are designed to separate soil and smaller aggregates from larger materials like bricks, rocks or material of similar size.

Rake Riddle Buckets
A Rake Riddle Bucket is the combination of a Land Rake and Riddle Bucket. It has a similar shape to a Standard Grading Bucket but with a slotted back and tines extending further than the lip plate. This attachment allows you to rake the ground of brambles or bushes, and riddle the soil of loose debris or larger aggregates / debris.
