How To: Use Excavator Pallet Fork Attachments - Are they worth it?


Excavator Pallet Forks are the attachment that makes your Excavator / Digger an even more adaptable and versatile piece of machinery. This attachment turns your machine into a a telehandler in seconds - you no longer need a forklift truck for deliveries or a full size telehandler on your small site. How To: Use Excavator Pallet Forks

Step 1: Select correct pins for the size of your machine. Store the remaining pins in the 'Pin Storage' at the back of your attachment

Step 2: Check the Working Load Limit of your excavator so that you know it is safe for your machine to pick up

Step 3: Set the forks to the correct centres for the load that you are picking up and secure in place with the fork screws. The fork set up will vary depending on the weight of the load

Step 4: Position your forks under the load - making sure not to drive the forks into the ground as you do it. Slowly lift the load off the ground to ensure the load is secure and safe to be moved

Step 5: Transport your load around site to where it needs to be
