How long will it take for my Rhinox Group Order to arrive?
At Rhinox Group, we aim to provide Speed, Quality & Innovation in everything that we do. In order to provide the best service possible to our customers, we use these 3 factors for the base of how we operate. One of our key focuses is SPEED. Delivering quality products as quickly as possible is extremely important to us as it means that you are able to keep your downtime low and keep project lead times to schedule. So, that you have what you need, when you need it.
Rhinox Delivery Services:
Next Day Delivery - UK Mainland
Rhinox provide a Next Day Delivery service to any customer on the UK Mainland as standard, if ordered before 3pm and if your products are In-Stock. This service means that your order can be delivered any time throughout the following day. If ordered after 3pm, it will transfer to the next working day - Rhinox work Monday to Friday 7:30-16:30, and not on Bank Holidays. Any orders placed after 3pm on Thursday will be delivered on the next Monday.
If your product is In Stock, we aim to dispatch your order the same day as purchase, for next day delivery. Occasionally your products will be deemed 'Made to Order'. If your product is Made to Order, it means we do not have your product in stock so it will need to be manufactured before we can send it out. This usually takes between 10 - 15 working days.
Your Next Day Delivery service on a Made To Order product is from the point that your product is manufactured and ready for dispatch. When your order is ready to be dispatched, you should receive the order the Next Working Day. You will receive an email informing you when your product is on it's way to you so that you can await its arrival!
Timed or AM Delivery Service - UK Mainland
As well as our Standard Next Day Service above, we can offer more specific delivery options so that you have a more accurate idea of when your order should be arriving.
If you are ordering online on the Rhinox website, we offer an AM Delivery, this means that your order will be delivered before 12PM (Midday) on a Next Day Service. This means that your order will be dispatched the same day you order, with the expectation that you will receive the delivery before 12PM the following day. As above, if ordered after 3pm Thursday, you will receive your delivery on Monday.
On a tighter deadline than 12PM? We can arrange a PRE 10:30AM if ordered over the phone with one of our Sales Team. This Timed Delivery Service guarantees that your order will arrive with you before 10:30AM so that you have the buckets or attachments you need, when you need them!
