Rhinox Group UK provide a Next Day Delivery service to any delivery address on the UK mainland, if ordered before 16:00 PM. If ordered after 16:00 PM, your order processing will transfer to the next working day. Rhinox Group UK operate Monday to Friday only.

If your product is In-Stock, we aim to dispatch your order the same day as purchase, for next business day delivery. However, if your product is Made-to-Order, your product will take between 5-10 working days to be manufactured before delivery. Your Next Day Delivery service on a Made-To-Order product is from the point that your product is manufactured and ready for dispatch.

We also offer a Timed or AM Delivery service, which can be selected at checkout or arranged by contacting our sales team.

Yes, Rhinox Group can ship buckets, attachments and quick hitches to Ireland. For customers in the Republic of Ireland, an EORI number is required for customs and shipping purposes. This is essential, and we are unable to dispatch orders without it. Orders shipped to Northern Ireland do not require an EORI number.

Yes, Rhinox Group UK can ship buckets, attachments and quick hitches to Europe. However, we will require your EORI number, as this is essential for international shipping and we are unable to dispatch orders without it.

No, Rhinox Group UK does not currently sell second hand or used buckets. Our focus is on supplying high-quality excavator and telehandler buckets and attachments as quickly as possible. At present, we do not have the facilities to handle used buckets or offer a bucket refurbishment service.

We accept refunds and exchanges. All requests are dealt with on a case-by-case basis. We only offer replacements for items that are faulty or damaged.

You must return any unused items in the original packaging where possible. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if you would like to return your item(s). You have a further 14 days to return your item(s) after raising your return request.

Once your return has been received and inspected by Rhinox, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
