It’s important to note that this warranty policy does not cover instances of improper or extreme misuse, such as using a grading bucket to drive in fence posts or using a digging bucket to remove concrete slabs. In cases where the product has been used outside of its intended purpose, the warranty may be deemed void.

Please note that the Lifetime Weld Guarantee applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse or improper maintenance. Ensuring that digger buckets and attachments fit perfectly with their intended machines is a common challenge in the construction industry. Misalignment issues can lead to serious consequences, including safety risks, accelerated wear on both the equipment and the machine, or the attachment being completely incompatible. This uncertainty often leaves customers worried about whether the products they purchase will function as expected.
To address this long-standing issue, we created the Machine Fitment Guarantee. This policy is our promise that Rhinox digger buckets and attachments will fit the compatible excavator. Every bucket and attachment we sell is designed to fit specific pin dimensions, which vary between different excavator makes and models. In the rare event of a fitment issue, we’ve made the process simple: we’ll provide either an Exchange or a Refund. Our Machine Fitment Guarantee applies only if the correct attachment for your specific machine is purchased.
For example, if you purchase a Bobcat E10 bucket for a Bobcat E10 mini digger and it doesn’t fit, we’ll honour the Rhinox Machine Fitment Guarantee and work with you to come up with the best solution to rectify the situation. However, if you purchase a Bobcat E10 bucket for a Takeuchi TB016, the guarantee will not apply, as the bucket was never intended to fit that machine. In such cases, the issue lies not with the product itself, but with the incorrect selection of an attachment for your machine. In this circumstance, the cost of returning the incorrect item falls on the customer.
Rhinox offers two types of excavator quick hitches: the manual spring-type quick hitch for 0.75 to 4 ton mini diggers, and the hydraulic quick coupler for 1.5 to 9 ton excavators. While the warranty policies for these two quick hitches vary slightly, both guarantee that any faulty quick hitch caused by defective materials or workmanship will be repaired or replaced.
We take every quick hitch warranty issue on a case-by-case basis due to the complexity of the potential issues. Sometimes further inspection and analysis of the issue may be needed by one of our technical engineers to ensure now abuse, mistreatment or lack of maintenance has occurred, leading to the fault or hitch failure. There are scenarios that are excluded that would void your quick hitch warranty.
