1. Rounded Chute

With over 30 years in the industry and extensive research into concrete pouring efficiency, we found that a rounded chute is the best design for accurate pouring. The rounded chute allows you to accurately pour in small or complex places, with near millimetre precision so that you can pour narrow foundations, around small pipes and directly into small containers, with ease. More accurate pouring = less overspill = less wasted material. The rounded chute also means that material can't get stuck in any corners, which is a huge timesaver for you when using the bucket for pouring other aggregates like pea shingle and woodchip or cleaning out the concrete after use.
2. Adjustable Gate
Alongside the rounded chute is the adjustable gate that comes fitted as standard with all Rhinox concrete pouring buckets. The adjustable gate is a removable, steel insert that lets you alter the flow of your pour. Experienced operators have found that the most effective way to control the flow is by tipping your bucket forward and backwards but operators with less experience with concrete buckets or customers who want to ensure a precise pour every time have said that the gate is a great addition. So that you get the most out of your money, we designed our concrete pouring bucket with a multi-pin pick-up system which means one attachment comes with a range of pin set ups. This helps keep attachment costs down and versatility and efficiency high across the construction and plant hire sectors as your attachment can fit a variety of different machine sizes.
The 5 - 9 ton concrete pouring bucket comes with 45mm, 50mm & 60mm dog bone pins with an extra 45mm pin and pin hole so that it's able to suit most 5 ton and 3XC excavators on hydraulic hitches, as well as 7 - 9 ton machines. The Rhinox 12 - 25 ton concrete pouring bucket comes with 65mm and 80mm dog bone pins to suit most 12 - 25 ton excavators.

Efficiency and health & safety and two of the most important things when working with a digger so we designed bucket transportation hooks so that you can move multiple buckets at once across site or when loading onto trailers.
