COVID-19 - Letter From Rhinox Managing Director

Dear Valued Customers,
As the Covid-19 pandemic brings the world economy close to a lock-down, I along with the entire team at Rhinox Group Ltd wish that you and all your family and loved ones remain safe and well.
Clearly we are in challenging times and none of us know how long it will be before we return to some form of normality, however in order to keep our staff safe and our business functioning we have taken the decision to set up remote working for most of our employees. Using technology to the full, we are able to operate efficiently from remote offices throughout the country and still despatch orders from our East Yorkshire warehouse for next day delivery nationwide.
We work with probably the best pallet network in the country and at present virtually all pallets despatched are being delivered the following day where requested.
Due to our large stock levels and robust supply chain along with our in-house manufacturing facility we are able to continue to provide the same high level of service that our customers are accustomed to receiving and I see no reason why this shouldn’t continue until this pandemic has passed.
As always service for our customers is our primary focus and we will continue to go ‘above and beyond’ to provide the service you deserve.
On a personal note please protect yourself, your family, colleagues, friends, neighbours and let’s all do our bit to fight this crisis and we’ll all come out stronger.
Clearly things are changing by the day and by the hour and we are constantly monitoring the situation.
